Everything here describes services in general terms. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract, and booking a call does not create one. If we work together, a separate written agreement sets the scope, the price and the terms, and that agreement wins over anything written here.
The sample assessment figures come from Hearthside Air & Heat, a demo company that does not exist. They are there to show the format of the output, not to predict yours. The page says so where they appear, and it is worth repeating here: they are not a forecast, a benchmark or a promise.
What an assessment finds, and what any build recovers, depends on your business, your data and what your team does next. Nothing on this site guarantees revenue, savings, hours returned or any other outcome.
The text, design, diagrams and frameworks on this site are mine. You are welcome to read them, quote them with attribution, and send the link to anyone. Do not republish the site or pass its material off as your own.
The booking button goes to Cal.com, and the page loads fonts from Google. Those services have their own terms and I am not responsible for how they run.
This is a small site run by one person. It may be down, moved or changed without notice, and I do not promise it will be available at any given moment.
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from decisions made on the basis of what it says. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid me, which for a visitor to this site is nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
